At Cimarron Coffee Company, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality coffee products. Because coffee is a consumable product and is roasted and packaged for freshness, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging, if applicable

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Replace the product
  • Issue a store credit
  • Provide a refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Opened single-serve cup boxes
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been roasted, processed, or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card provider.
