I'm sort of a coffee connoisseur. I pride myself with knowing great coffee. I had some of Cimarron's and couldn't believe this was being done right here near my hometown. The characteristics are noticed by its bright acidity, a syrupy body, and complex tasting notes like caramel, dark cocoa, and fruit. This was roasted and ground to perfection. I highly recommend.
